We do not charge for the second option provided for your logos. We usually provide a second option only when there are certain changes that can give a better outcome to the logo quality. Sometimes, slight differences is size can bring forward details that are not possible in smaller size. There are other technicalities that are looked into as well.

We can give you a digital sew out as well to check out the font(s) and the outcome for the final digitized logo.

We at Moon Digitizing digitize anything that you need to be embroidered on any kind of fabric. We do it for left and front chest, caps, visors, beanies, jacket backs, gloves, patches, sleeves, towels, golf and other bags, as well as fabrics such as pique, jersey, fleece, polyester, leather, and so on. We can also handle special embroideries such as foam, appliqué, red-work, and sequins.

We always look into the most important part of following through your instructions first. If something seems to be missing, we call or e-mail you. Our digitizers make sure that logos’ requirements are met fully. We have strict quality checks in place to make sure that logos are checked by one of our head digitizers before they are released. We look into the small things placed in the order from you as well. We make sure no details are missed out.

Most of our customers only need to submit one or two art files, but they can submit as many as eight files.
